He has already begun designing his program to help the economy with collaboration of Congress, with the hopes of having it running shortly after he is sworn in. The jobs being created in this program will be in a variety of fields. From road, and bridge repair, to new technology, and green jobs for the middle class. An estiment of the expense of this program has not been released, but Obama does believe he will be investing record amount of money on the vast infastructure program. 533,000 jobs were lost in the month of November, and two million jobs were lost in the past year.
